    Ultimate Luxury

two dozen white roses from the supermarket: $25

eight long-coveted vintage china dinner plates, ebay: $20

shoes that turn wearer into fairy ballerina princess,
    post-holiday department store sale: $50

A Christmas without a single credit card charge: priceless.

Curious how the holiday decorating went? I've been uploading new pictures here.

I've done the same thing and am so proud of myself. Credit card freedom soon, heaven!

Good interview on CBC by the way, congratulations.

We also had a credit-card-less Christmas. It's great not to feel the burden. Makes Christmas memories so much better. Here's to a credit-card-less New Year!

I wish I could say the same thing but more importantly those shoes are to die for. They're so cute.

Those are stunning shoes. I am now entering my fourth year of credit-card-less-ness, and it's wonderful. I really didn't need most of that stuff.

Good for you! We did the same, mainly by talking my family into drawing names. They were all grateful. Now this is the year of paying off what we still have.

The pix are gorgeous. I'm glad you know how to treat yourself. So important and many women won't allow themselves the pleasure.
